Payment & Delivery Terms

Browse through our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout.” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing the order.

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be dispatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK.


We accept World Pay, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING (£’s).


We want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We only use  good quality, new materials for packaging. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged, please contact us to arrange collection and replacement.


Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of Central Lincoln. A fixed charge of £9.99 will apply on orders under £100 and £4.99 on orders over £100 for delivery between 10-30 miles of Central Lincoln.

For delivery over 30 miles of Central Lincoln, please contact us prior to placing an order to discuss your requirements.

Goods can only be handed over to persons over 18 years of age, proof of age may be required.

Overseas & non-mainland UK (Inc. Northern Island):

Unfortunately we do not offer a delivery service outside of Mainland UK.


If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days. We will collect the goods and make a refund, provided the goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please include the delivery note with the goods. We do not refund delivery or collection costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence.
